All public lands shown on•the tentative map shall be dedicafed'or offered for'dedication <br /> to MHCSD at the time of approval of the Final Map in accordance.with.the:PLEP <br /> Ordinance, if applicable: <br /> K. All street sections shall meet all applicable State Fire Code requirements as determined <br /> by the MHCSD General Manager. , <br /> - L. Groundwater rights shall be dedicated to the MHCSD u on a <br /> p pproval of,Final Maps. <br /> M. Whenever all or any portion of a local or arterial street is constructed, the improvements <br /> shall include the installation of all streetlights. The Neighborhood photometric layout and <br /> calculations verifying compliance with MHCSD Street.Light and-illumination Standards <br /> shall be provided as required by the MHCSD Design Manuaf and as <br /> General Manager. determined by the <br /> N. Restricted access shall be shown on the Final Map and shall be in accordance with the <br /> Master Plan, the Design Manual, and the MHCSD's Specifications and as'determined by <br /> the General Manager. <br /> O. -The developer shall contribute fair share of items of'SB 221 report that addresses the <br /> community's potable water supply needs prior to filing of any of the project's Final Maps. <br /> P. Recycling of construction wastes, such as wood and metal, shall be made part of the <br /> improvement plans and construction specifications for contractors in compliance with <br /> MHCSD requirements. Condition shall be met before approval of final maps. <br /> t Q. The General Manager shall have the flexibility to implement alternative funding of the <br /> various improvements subject to existing agreements and ordinances. <br /> R. All residential buildings shall be wired per specifications in the"Low Voltage <br /> Construction Pre-wire Guidelines"and other specifications provided by the MHCSD. <br /> S. The comply proshall with <br /> 1 p y the Fire Protection Plan as determined and required by the <br /> MHCSD General Manger. <br /> 2. Record Drawings: Record Drawings shall be provided prior to acceptance of the <br /> improvements by the MHCSD, Record Drawings shall also be.provided in digital format <br /> consistent with MHCSD File Format, which includes Tentative maps, Final maps, <br /> improvement plans and other plans and maps as requested by MHCSD. <br /> 3. Final MaR Digital t=ile: A digital file of the Final Map shall be submitted to the MHCSD and <br /> to the Community Development Department. The digital file format shall be consistent with <br /> requirements of the County Assessor and Community Development Department GIS <br /> division and the MHCSD digital file format. Condition shall be met prior to approval of Final <br /> Map_ ti <br /> 4. Geotechnical Re ort: All infrastructure designs shall <br /> g be shown on the grading and <br /> improvement plans and shall comply with and incorporate the recommendations of the <br /> l5 <br />
