San Joaquin Coun t <br /> delegate implementation responsibility or portions thereof to the developer(GNKtyLLC)Sa licensed may <br /> contractor or other designated agent. <br /> San Joaquin County will be responsible for overall administration of the MMRP and for verifying that <br /> County staff members, and/or the construction contractor has completed the necessary actions for each <br /> measure. San Joaquin County will designate a project manager to oversee the MMRP during the <br /> construction period.
