San Joaquin County, <br /> delegate implementation responsibility or portions thereof to the developer(GN ,,LLC), a licensed? may <br /> F1 <br /> contractor or other designated agent. <br /> San Joaquin County will be responsible for overall administration of the MMRP and for verifying that <br /> F1County staff members, and/or the construction contractor has completed the necessary actions for each <br /> measure.
