(Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) w <br /> b) BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> i Ordinance Code). <br /> c) APPROVED USE: This approval is to establish areal estate and mortgage <br /> business by converting an existing 1,288 square foot residence to office use and <br />' converting an existing 728 square foot garage to storage use as shown on the <br /> Revised Site Plan dated February 4, 2004. <br /> (Use Type: Professional Services) <br /> d) STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional stormwater drainage created by new <br /> improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding <br /> storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e) PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth of asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures f <br /> or properties.(Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> ii) A minimum of seven (7) automobile parking spaces are required, including <br /> one (1) accessible space, one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible <br /> spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., +i <br /> Title 24). (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> 1 <br /> a <br /> iii) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum <br /> nine (9)feet wide and twenty (20)feet long.
