g) <br /> LANDSCAWG: Landscaping shall be provided anct <br /> omply with the fallowing: <br /> i) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip,respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of Grant Line Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the <br /> project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) 9 . <br /> ii) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded <br /> from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> iii) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. One tree shall be planted in the parking lot. <br /> h) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along <br /> thewest property line. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[d][1] <br /> ii) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to seven (7) feet in height so as not to <br /> be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way.
