(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Blincoe Trucking APN: 250-030-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Grant Line Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a <br /> forty-two (42)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Grant Line Road to the property line <br /> across the parcel's frontage. (A$225.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, recording fee and a legal description <br /> of the parcel to he offered for dedication.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. (The fee currently is <br /> $158.25 per daily trip-end generated in the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record.)
