The Environmental Impact Report and <br /> Concept Development Plan for the project was forwarded to the San <br /> Joaquin County Community Development Department on February 29 , <br /> 1996 . The City's schedule calls for the Planning Commission and <br /> City Council to consider the Prezoning and annexation at a joint <br /> meeting on May 8 , 1996 . A LAFCO hearing will be held on May 24 , <br /> 1996 . <br /> The parcel referenced is proposed to have a General Plan <br /> designation of Commercial and zoning which would reflect the <br /> General Highway Commercial zone, (Use Group 50) .
