(2) A minimum of eighteen(18) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, including <br /> one(1)van accessible space. (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide <br /> and twenty(20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two- <br /> way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h]) <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas,or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development <br /> Title. At a minimum, four (4) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout <br /> the parking lot. A ten-foot-wide planting strip is required in the parking lot along the <br /> north property line(s). (Develop men tTitle Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (4) Landscape plans, prepared by a Landscape Architect, shall be submitted with the <br /> Site Plans. <br /> 2.
