(2) A minimum of eighteen(18) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, including <br /> one(1)van accessible space. (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide <br /> and twenty(20)feet long. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two- <br /> way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. At a minimum, four (4) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout <br /> the parking lot. A ten-foot-wide planting strip is required in the parking lot along the <br /> north property line(s).
