Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prion' to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> (The fee currently is $555 per 1, 000 gross square foot of huildinq as <br /> Manufacturing in the Ripon area.
