9) Make conforming changes to Master Plan tables concerning the above (Table 3.1 - Land Use Program; Table 3.2- <br /> Land Use Summary by Neighborhood; Table 3.3- Minimum, Maximum and Expected Residential Units; Table 5.1 - <br /> Student Generation; and Table 5.2 - K-8 Students at Neighborhood Buildout). <br /> Specific Plan I (SPI) Amendment. The Specific Plan I Amendment (PA-1400126) would make changes to conform to <br /> proposed Master Plan changes, including the following: <br /> 1) Changes to map figures (Figure 3.1 - Map & Zoning Diagram; Figure 3.3-Central Mountain House Specific Plan I <br /> Map and Zoning Diagram; and Figure 9.2 - Regional Bus routes and Facilities); <br /> 2) Changes to tables (Table 3.1 - Summary Land Use Program; Table 5.1 -Specific Plan Student Generation; and Table <br /> 5.2 - Buildout Units and K-8 Students Per Neighborhood; Table 12.1 -Specific Plan I Potable Water Demand; and Table <br /> 13.1 -Wastewater Generation Specific Plan 1); and <br /> 3) Changes to Specific Plan I text, including changes to specific policies regarding the commercial component of <br /> Neighborhood Centers, and changes to references concerning the number of Village Centers. <br /> Specific Plan II (SPIT) Amendment.: The Specific Plan II Amendment(PA-1400127) would make changes to conform to <br /> proposed Master Plan changes, including the following: <br /> 1) Changes to map figures (Figure 1.1 - Mountain House Master Plan; Figure 3.1 -SPII Land Use; Figure 3.2 - SPII <br /> Zoning; Figure 3.4 -Town Center & Neighborhood 'H' Land Use; Figure 4.2 -SPII Entries and Intersections; Figure 4.4- <br /> SPII Illustrative Concept [Neigh. 'H' & Town Center]; Figure 4.17-Neighborhood 'H' Community/General Commercial <br /> Area; and Figure 4.23- Neighborhood 'H' Center); <br /> 2) Changes to tables (Table 3.1 - SPII Land Use Summary; Table 3.2-SPII Land Use by Neighborhood; Table 3.5 - <br /> Minimum & Maximum Residential Units by Neighborhood; Table 5.1 - SPII K-8 Student Generation; Table 5.2 -SPII High <br /> School Student Generation; Table 12.1 - SPII Potable Water Demand; and Table 13.1 -SPII Wastewater Generation),- <br /> and <br /> eneration);and <br /> 3) Changes to Specific Plan II text, including changes to specific policies regarding the commercial component of <br /> Neighborhood Centers, and changes to references concerning the number of Village Centers. <br /> Specific Plan III (SPIII) Amendment. The Specific Plan III Amendment (PA-1400145) would make changes to conform <br /> to proposed Master Plan changes, including changes to map Figure 1-3 (Master Plan Designations), and changes to <br /> references concerning the number of Village Centers. <br /> Special Purpose Plan Amendments. The Special Purpose Plan Amendments for Neighborhood E and G (PA-1400128 <br /> and PA-1400130, respectively) would delete the text regarding neighborhood commercial and revise the graphic of the <br /> Neighborhood Center by eliminating the neighborhood commercial component and replacing it with residential <br /> development. <br /> The Special Purpose Plan Amendment for Neighborhood F (PA-1400129) would revise the graphic of the Neighborhood <br /> Center by eliminating the community recreation facility (e.g. community swimming pool) and replacing it with residential <br /> development. <br /> Tentative Maps. The Tentative Maps (PA-1400131, PA-1400132, PA-1400133, PA-1400134, and PA-1400135) would <br /> facilitate residential development of 121 single family units on approximately 25.2 acres. A brief description cf each of <br /> these Tentative Maps is given below: <br /> 1) Tentative Map PA-1400131 (Neighborhood F) would create 9 single family R/M lots and a Designated Remainder <br /> (Parcel A) on 1.56 acres (the acreage of which was formerly part of the Neighborhood Commercial area of the <br /> Neighborhood Center). (APN/Address: 254-030-04/541 Wicklund Crossing Way, Mountain House); <br /> 2) Tentative Map PA-1400132 (Neighborhood E) would create 12 single family R/M lots on 1.38 acres (the acreage of <br /> which formerly comprised the Neighborhood Commercial area of the Neighborhood Center) (APN/Address:254-230- <br /> 03/255 W. Legacy Drive, Mountain House); <br /> 3) Tentative Map PA-1400133 (Neighborhood G) would create 10 single family R/M lots on 0.93 acres (the acreage of <br /> which formerly comprised the Neighborhood Commercial area of the Neighborhood Center) (APN/Address: 256-070- <br /> 30/270 Ventura Street, Mountain House); <br />
