4) Tentative Map PA-1400134 (Neighborhood H) would create 8 single family R/M lots on 1.05 acres (the acreage of <br /> which formerly comprised the Neighborhood Commercial area of the Neighborhood Center) (APN/Address:256-500- <br /> 05/768 N. Montebello St., Mountain House); and <br /> 5) Tentative Map PA-1400135 (Neighborhood H) would create 82 single family R/L lots on 20.29 acres (the acreage of <br /> which formerly comprised the C/C area in Neighborhood H) (APN/Address: 256-520-01/705 N. Great Valley Park, <br /> Mountain House). <br /> Summary. Most of the Master Plan changes relate to the proposed conversion of the C/C sites and the C/N sites in <br /> Neighborhoods E, F, G, and H to residential and mixed use, and to a reduction in the number of Village Centers from <br /> three to two, necessitating conforming changes in Specific Plans and Special Purpose Plans. Many of the changes are <br /> graphic changes, affecting specific map figures in these documents. Because of proposed changes in the acreages and <br /> in the number of units of specific land uses, a number of tables in these documents also need to be changed. With the <br /> exception of the proposed changes to the C/C and R/H acreages in Neighborhood F, the revisions to acreage designated <br /> for residential land uses in the Master Plan, SP I, SP II, SP III, & Special Purpose Plans reflect the acreages stated in the <br /> Tentative Map applications. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption.
