� L February 18,2005 NOA Project Number: E04145A L' The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated June 24,2004,and the LOP/Nan-LOP Sites list, dated July 20, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on December 29, 2004. No listed sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject property. The UST Program Facility Inventory by Facility Name,dated April 11,2001,was also searched at the EHD on December 29,2004 for the name of Thoming. No records were found for the subject property. 3.1.3 San Joaquin County OMce ofEmergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site was searched on February 15, 2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject ` property. No listing was found for the subject property under the name of Thoming. According to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES, no incident reports are on file at that agency for Laddresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property (personal communication,January 7,2005). A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the L subject property was conducted on December 29, 2004. No notices within one-quarter mile were found. 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner 6. The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding the use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. Ms. Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found records for the subject property under the names of Thoming-Williams, Crimson Valley North,and RW Farms.
