The property consists of two rectangular <br /> L parcels (APNs 255240-12 and-13), each approximately 97.9 acres in size, for a total project size of <br /> 195.89 acres. Both parcels are currently used as agricultural row crop land. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site, the subject <br /> L property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> enterprises" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). <br /> r <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
