Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated September 6, 2007 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department, <br /> B. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> C. Written Confirmation is required from the City of Stockton that improvements have been <br /> constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the City of Stockton <br /> that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> nen:a <br />
