LFR Inc.
1910
The Site is shown as undeveloped land with Lower Sacramento Road along the eastern
border. No structures are mapped on the Site. The site vicinity is primarily
undeveloped land with scattered residential structures. Lower Sacramento Road and the
Western Pacific railroad tracks are located east of the Site. Bear Creek is depicted
south of the Site.
1947 through 1968
The Site is shown as undeveloped land with one structure depicted on the southwestern
comer of the Site in the 1947 and 1968 maps. However, the same structure is not
present in the 1953 map. First depicted in 1968, an unimproved road transects the site
in a northwestern direction. The site vicinity is relatively unchanged from the 1910
map with the exception of the Elk Grove Country Club located approximately one-half
mile north-northwest of the Site.
1976 (photorevised from 1968)
The 1976 map is relatively unchanged from the 1968 map with the exception of
increased residential development south of the Site. The Site vicinity is relatively
unchanged from the 1968 map.
Summary
Based upon LFR's review of topographic maps created between 1910 and 1976, one
structure and an unimproved road have been mapped onsite. Lower Sacramento Road
and the Western Pacific (Union Pacific) railroad tracks are located east of the Site.
Bear Creek is depicted south of the Site. The Elk Grove County Club is first depicted
in 1968 approximately one-half mile north-northwest of the Site. No features indicative
of environmental concerns were depicted on the topographic maps reviewed for the
Site.
8.1.7 Summary of Historical Information
Based on LFR's historical research, the Site has been undeveloped land since
approximately 1910. The historical topographic maps and aerial photographs reviewed
revealed that historically one structure has been located at the property. No evidence of
environmental concerns was identified in the historical Site review.
003-0924600_LowerSacrz =Rmd_1LHomes_Ph=1 ESA:c1h Page 25
