This Phase I ESA also did not <br /> include an extensive assessment of the environmental compliance status of the Site, or a <br /> health-based risk assessment. <br /> 3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION SECTION <br /> 3.1 Site Location and Legal Description <br /> The Site consists of approximately 17 acres located northwest of Lower Sacramento <br /> Road just north of the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. The Site is <br /> currently undeveloped and consists of four parcels designated by the San Joaquin <br /> County Assessor's Office c g Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN) 070-560-47, <br /> 070-570-13/a portion of 0-140-28, d 070-140-10. <br /> According to the United State ogical Survey (USGS) 7.5-Minute Series <br /> Topographic Map of the Lodi South, California Quadrangle dated 1976; the Site is <br /> situated in Township 2 North, Range 6 East, Section 4 (Mount Diablo Base and <br /> Meridian). The approximate geographic coordinates of the Site are 38.045000 North <br /> latitude and minus 121.322100 West longitude, according to information obtained from <br /> Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR) of Milford, Connecticut. <br /> The Site topography consists of gentle rolling terrain with a man-made storm water <br /> collection basin in the central portion of the Site. The average elevation across the Site <br /> is approximately 17 feet above mean sea level (msl). <br /> 3.2 Site and Vicinity Characteristics / <br /> The Site Vicinity Map and Site Plan are presented as Figures 1 and 2, respectively. (� 3 <br /> The site vicinity is comp ed of single family residences, agricultural land, and <br /> commercial properties. �s> <br /> 3.3 Site Improvements <br /> The Site is currently undeveloped land. An unused water supply well is located near <br /> the southwest boundary of the Site.
