A copy of the Environmental Lien Report is included as <br /> Appendix A. <br /> 3.5 Current Uses of the Site <br /> The Site is currently vacant undeveloped land. �U"1'n <br /> 4.0 USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION <br /> The following items regarding the Site were provided by the Client. The User Provided <br /> Information Questionnaire, per ASTM Practice E 1527-05 guidelines, is attached in <br /> Appendix B. However, wherever the US EPA AAI rule permits either the <br /> Environmental Professional or the report user to conduct inquiry, that inquiry has been <br /> performed by LFR and the Client provided materials and these questionnaires <br /> constitute only a part of that inquiry. <br /> 4.1 Title Records <br /> Title Records were not provided by the Client. An Environmental Lien Report was <br /> ordered and provided by EDR, Inc. According to the report, ownership of the Site is <br /> vested as follows: <br /> • Parcel Nos. 070-560-47 and 070-570-13 (Windmill Park Stockton, LLC as of <br /> 2003) <br /> • Parcel No. 070-140-10(Larne Schmidt, Jerry Schmidt and Barrie Schmidt as <br /> of 1998) <br /> • Parcel No. 070-140 28 bert and Lorraine Schmidt as of 1991) <br /> 4.2 Environmental Liens or Activity and Use Limitations <br /> LFR provided JLH Realty and Construction, Inc. dba John Laing Homes (JLH) a User <br /> Questionnaire with the following questions as part of the assessment. The User / <br /> Questionnaire was completed by Mr. Frank Rubino, Partner associated with the Site <br /> for the past 30 years: <br /> • Was he aware of any environmental cleanup liens against the property that are filed <br /> or recorded under federal, tribal, state or local law? <br /> • Was he aware of any activity or land use limitations, such as engineering controls, <br /> land use restrictions or institutional controls that are in place at the site and/or have <br /> been filed or recorded in a registry under federal, tribal, state or local law? <br /> 00��_L.werSacra WRoad_n.Hl s_P6asa I ESA:om Page 7 <br />
