If he concluded that there is a <br /> difference, it was asked whether it had considered whether the lower purchase price is <br /> because contamination is known or believed to be present at the property. <br /> Mr. Rubino's response was "yes." <br /> 4.6 Owner, Property Manager, and Occupant Information <br /> LFR met Mr. Frank Rubino, a site owner and representative during the site visit.
