Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel #2 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel #2 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Dedicate a 60-foot wide easement for O. I.D. Hirschfeld <br /> Lateral. Instrument number for said easement to be shown on <br /> the final map. O. I .D. will prepare the easement document <br /> after receiving a centerline legal description from the <br /> owner' s engineer. <br /> b. Provide private irrigation easement across the east 20-feet of <br /> Parcel#1 between the Hirschfeld Lateral and Parcel #2 . <br /> C. Note on the map that the private irrigation easement is to be <br /> conveyed across Parcel #2 at the time of conveyance. <br /> 4 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the subdivider <br /> shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or <br /> proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the <br /> local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
