DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> b. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 018 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Escalon area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) . <br /> d. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a <br /> twenty-five foot (25 ' ) wide right-of-way along the westerly <br /> property line of Parcel #2 . (A $200. 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description <br /> of the parcel to be offered for dedication) . <br /> 2 .
