• CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In summary, the soil conditions in the percolation test locations appear to be suitable for
use with on-site septic systems. Satisfactory soil percolation rates of 35.7 min/in
(Parcel 1, shallow), 6.9 min/in (Parcel 2, shallow), and less than 1.8 min/in (Parcel 2,
deep) were observed in the test locations. No new construction is planned for the Site.
The depth of ground water based on recent aquifer levels is estimated to range between
100 to 131 feet below ground surface. The ground water flows toward the northwest at
a rate of approximately three to ten feet per mile in the vicinity of the Site.
No wells exist on the Site; no water sample was collected.
We believe the Site suitable for the use of standard septic systems utilizing leach lines
and seepage pits.
•
•
LOGE 1608 Page 7
