CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-90-7 <br /> Alvin Cacho <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval . <br /> 1 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. Storm drainage shall be metered into the existing ditch. <br /> The quantity shall be restricted to the run-off before <br /> development . <br /> b. Water service shall be provided by California Water <br /> Service . <br /> 2 . Environmental Health Division: <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required which states that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State standards <br /> prior to recording the final map . <br /> b. When available , connection to a public sewer system is <br /> required. <br /> 3 . Planning Division: <br /> a. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with 2% inches of <br /> asphalt or cement over six inches of rock base . <br /> b. The proposed trash receptacle shall be solid on three <br /> sides and gated on the fourth side . <br /> c . The proposed sign shall meet the requirements of Section <br /> 9-3606 of the Planning Title concerning monument signs. <br /> d. The parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> requirements : <br /> ( 1 ) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> ( 2) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> (3) Parking lot luminaires shall be high pressure sodium <br /> vapor with 90 degree cutoff and flat lenses . <br /> (4) All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises , with no spillover beyond the pro- <br /> perty. <br /> Conditions of Approval & <br /> Ordinance Reauirements - 7 - fi1P-P0-71 <br />
