One parking space shall be provided for each three seats <br /> provided in the church and two spaces for each three <br /> employees . <br /> 2 . All traffic aisles shall be a minimum of 24 feet in width. <br /> 3. All parking spaces , driveways and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with 2-1 /2" asphalt or <br /> cement over 6" of rock base . <br /> 4 . The proposed trash receptacle shall be solid on three <br /> sides and gated on the fourth. <br /> 5. The proposed sign shall meet the requirements of Section <br /> 9-3606 of the Planning Title concerning monument signs . <br /> 6. The parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> requirements : <br /> a . The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area . <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system . <br />
