Based on <br /> our review, it was determined the following should <br /> be considered as conditions for this use permit: <br /> 1. All parking aisle widths shall be a minimum of <br /> 25-feet wide. <br /> 2 . Frontage improvements shall be installed along <br /> Golden Gate Avenue and Guernsey Avenue. <br /> 3 .
