An Improvement Plan, showing drainage , driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval . <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for Golden Gate Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of a <br /> 84-foot right-of-way city street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the <br /> Department of Public Works, in which event the owner shall <br /> execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan (A $250.00 fee is required <br /> for processing per Ord. No . 3337 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an engineer ' s estimate with a drawing of the <br /> required frontage Improvements on a form to be supplied by <br /> the Public Works Department. ) <br /> 1 <br />
