The warehouse to the east of the property should be periodically inspected to ensure <br /> that no wash water is disposed on the subject property. The property owners may also wish to <br /> L contact the EHD regarding how best to handle this issue. <br /> L The property owners may wish to inquire with the City or County to determine what measures,if <br /> any,may be taken to prevent future accidents on Highway 99 from impacting the subject property. <br /> 6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report was compiled as a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the subject property. <br /> ` This report contains information and data provided to NCA by several sources. NOA in no way <br /> ` warrants the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to this investigation by those <br /> sources. <br /> L It should be noted that when a surface/subsurface assessment is completed without sample <br /> collection and quantitative analysis of soil and groundwater beneath the site,as in this study,no <br /> statement of scientific certainty can be made regarding latent subsurface conditions which may be <br /> the result of on-site or off-site sources. The findings and conclusions of this report are not scientific <br /> certainties,but rather,probabilities based on professional judgement concerning the significance of <br /> L the data gathered during the course of this investigation.
