The Major Subdivision <br /> application proposes to subdivide a 10 . 7-acre parcel into 38 <br /> residential lots. <br /> The applicant ' s original proposal was to rezone only the 10. 7-acre <br /> site. Staff is recommending that the area for rezoning be expanded <br /> to approximately 23 acres . This would encompass the entire area <br /> between State Route 99 on the west, Guernsey Avenue on the north, <br /> Oro Avenue on the east, and Mormon Slough on the south. <br /> -6- <br />
