(DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: Louis and Darlene Borelli APNs : 157-140-37 and <br /> 157-140-39 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Guernsey Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. (The fee currently is the difference between <br /> $1, 039 .00 and $573 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building <br /> (to Service Commercial from Manufacturing) or $149 .08 per daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Stockton area.
