The design of the subdivision or the types of improvements will not conflict with easements <br /> acquired by the public at large for access through or use of property within the proposed <br /> subdivision <br /> • This finding can be made because there is an existing storm drain easement along <br /> the western property line of the project site to access Mormon Slough. The storm <br /> water detention basin will have direct access for a public utility and storm drain <br /> easement along the western property line of Lot 9. <br /> 8.
