f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Street trees are required as specified in Section 9-1020.4 of the Development Title. g. WALLS: The following wall provisions shall apply: (1) A wall shall be constructed along Hammer Lane where access is prohibited prior to construction of a new single family residence. The wall shall be a minimum of six (6) feet high, of uniform design and constructed of masonry. (Development Title Section 91150.10). The wall shall respect corner sight distance snipe requirements. (2) A minimum six (6) foot tall masonry wall shall be constructed along the eastern property lines of parcels 3 and 4 prior to construction of a new single family residence. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. 3.
