f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Street trees are required as specified in Section 9-1020.4 of the Development Title. <br /> g. WALLS: The following wall provisions shall apply: <br /> (1) A wall shall be constructed along Hammer Lane where access is prohibited prior to construction <br /> of a new single family residence. The wall shall be a minimum of six (6) feet high, of uniform <br /> design and constructed of masonry. (Development Title Section 91150.10). The wall shall <br /> respect corner sight distance snipe requirements. <br /> (2) A minimum six (6) foot tall masonry wall shall be constructed along the eastern property lines of <br /> parcels 3 and 4 prior to construction of a new single family residence. The wall shall respect <br /> corner sight distance snipe requirements. <br /> 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(See attached memo dated May 24, 2004.) <br /> 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(See attached memo dated May 11, 2004_) <br /> 5. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (Staff Contact: Jeff Smith, 953-8800) <br /> a- PARK FEES: Due to the relative small size of the subdivision, less than fifty (50) parcels, the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Parks and Recreation will require the collection of in-lieu fees for park <br /> development as a requirement for approval of the Map.
