Combined, the garages comprise
approximately 2,000 square feet in area, and are located on the eastern portion of the Site. Two
small shacks that appear to be related to household gardening activities are centrally located at 1301
W. Joan Avenue. The larger of these shacks is supplied with water and has sink with a water drain
pipe. A third shack which is locked is located on the southwestern portion of the Site appears to be
a pump house for the former water well which is adjacent to the west of the shack. The former water
well does not appear to be_nrouerly abandoned. The current water well andpump are located
` adjacent to the north of the shack. The 1248 W.Hammer Lane property is vacant with no structures
or apparent improvements observed. However, this portion of the Site is heavily overgrown with
grasses and weeds.
3.2 Current Uses of the Site
The Site is currently residentially developed at 1301 W. Joan Avenue, and vacant land at 1248 W.
Hammer Lane.
3.3 Current Uses of the Adjoining Properties
..
