There are pole <br /> mounted transformers owned and operated by PG&E off-Site at the northeast corner of the Site. <br /> Drains and Sumps <br /> No drains or sumps were observed at the Site with the exception of one drain located at a centrally <br /> located shack. The drain is connected to a sink at this location. <br /> Septic System <br /> A septic system is reportedly located to the east of the residence at 1301 W. Joan Avenue. <br /> Utilities <br /> Potable water is provided to the Site by a domestic water well and pump that are located on the <br /> southwest portion of the Site. Sewage disposal for the Site is reportedly provided by aseptic system <br /> .. located to the east of the residence. Gas and electricity is provided by PG&E. Gas is supplied from <br /> the west side of the residence. <br /> ►- Wastewater <br /> Wastewater is not generated at the Site. <br /> r <br /> Water Wells <br /> ` A domestic water well and pump are located on the southwest portion of the Site,adjacent to a pump <br /> house used for a former water well.The former water well is adjacent to the west of the locked shack <br /> ` and does not appear to be properly abandoned. <br /> Oil and Gas Wells <br /> V <br /> No on-Site oil or gas wells were identified during the Site reconnaissance or within California <br /> Department of Conservation-Division of Oil &Gas maps reviewed during this assessment. <br /> r <br /> Pits, Ponds, and Lagoons <br /> Pits, ponds, and lagoons were not identified on the Site. <br /> Pipelines and Pipes of unknown use or origin. <br /> No pipelines or pipes of unknown use or origin were observed on the Site. <br />
