Hammer Lane is listed in residential use from 1956 through 1970.No listing <br /> are found for this property beyond 1970. <br /> r. <br /> 4.4 Building Permit Review <br /> A review of the building permit records for the Site was requested at the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Department(SJCDD),in Stockton,California. These records were requested to assess <br /> features which may present a potential environmental concern. The building permits on file for the <br /> Site do not include information regarding construction or demolition of the on-Site buildings. No <br /> permits were found that may indicate potential environmental concerns. <br /> 6, 4.5 Interviews and Discussion of Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement <br /> _ An environmental questionnaire and disclosure statement (Questionnaire) was submitted to the <br /> currently listed owner of the Site, Mr. Herman Keesee. However, the Questionnaire was returned <br /> with the notation of deceased in reference to Mr.Keesee.No other information was provided on the <br /> r, Questionnaire. Although current information with the SJCAO indicates the Site owner is Mr. <br /> Keesee,according to the Site contact,Mr.Manny Sousa,and a grant deed for the property,provided <br /> by Mr. Sousa, the current owner of the Site since December 2, 2003 is Michael G. Collins and <br /> 6. Deborah A. Collins. Mr. Collins was contacted for information reearding the Site. During a <br /> telephone conversation with Twining, Mr. Collins indicated he had no knowledge of any on-Site <br /> hazardous materials, storage, or disposal, and knew of no aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) or <br /> r- disposal areas on-Site. Further, Mr. Collins had no information regarding releases, or spills of <br /> hazardous materials at the Site as a result of illegal dumping,or traffic accidents along the adjoining <br /> roadways. <br /> 4.6 Previous Investigations <br /> Twining was not supplied with previous environmental investigations pertaining to the Site. <br /> Additionally, Twining requested information regarding the Site from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). However, no information regarding investigations <br /> of the Site was found in files with the SJCEHD. <br /> 4.7 Past Uses of the Site <br /> Based on the historical information acquired during this Phase I,the following summarizes the past <br /> ` uses of the Site: The Site appears to have been in agricultural use since at least 1937 to some time <br /> prior to 1950. Since 1950, the Site has been in residential use. <br /> ►. 4.8 Past Uses of the Adjoining Properties <br /> Based on the historical information acquired during this Phase I,the following summarizes the past <br /> uses of the adjoining properties: Adjoining properties have been in agricultural use since at least <br /> 1937 to some time prior to 1950.
