Hammer Lane is listed in residential use from 1956 through 1970.No listing are found for this property beyond 1970. r. 4.4 Building Permit Review A review of the building permit records for the Site was requested at the San Joaquin County Development Department(SJCDD),in Stockton,California. These records were requested to assess features which may present a potential environmental concern. The building permits on file for the Site do not include information regarding construction or demolition of the on-Site buildings. No permits were found that may indicate potential environmental concerns. 6, 4.5 Interviews and Discussion of Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement _ An environmental questionnaire and disclosure statement (Questionnaire) was submitted to the currently listed owner of the Site, Mr. Herman Keesee. However, the Questionnaire was returned with the notation of deceased in reference to Mr.Keesee.No other information was provided on the r, Questionnaire. Although current information with the SJCAO indicates the Site owner is Mr. Keesee,according to the Site contact,Mr.Manny Sousa,and a grant deed for the property,provided by Mr. Sousa, the current owner of the Site since December 2, 2003 is Michael G. Collins and 6. Deborah A. Collins. Mr. Collins was contacted for information reearding the Site. During a telephone conversation with Twining, Mr. Collins indicated he had no knowledge of any on-Site hazardous materials, storage, or disposal, and knew of no aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) or r- disposal areas on-Site. Further, Mr. Collins had no information regarding releases, or spills of hazardous materials at the Site as a result of illegal dumping,or traffic accidents along the adjoining roadways. 4.6 Previous Investigations Twining was not supplied with previous environmental investigations pertaining to the Site. Additionally, Twining requested information regarding the Site from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). However, no information regarding investigations of the Site was found in files with the SJCEHD. 4.7 Past Uses of the Site Based on the historical information acquired during this Phase I,the following summarizes the past ` uses of the Site: The Site appears to have been in agricultural use since at least 1937 to some time prior to 1950. Since 1950, the Site has been in residential use. ►. 4.8 Past Uses of the Adjoining Properties Based on the historical information acquired during this Phase I,the following summarizes the past uses of the adjoining properties: Adjoining properties have been in agricultural use since at least 1937 to some time prior to 1950. Since 1950 to present the adjoining properties have been residentially developed with the exception of a church adjacent to the east of the Site. V r
