Development Title Requirements <br /> Infrastructure Services <br /> Wastewater Disposal <br /> Within those urban communities identified.in the General Plan, subdivisions shall be served <br /> by a public wastewater disposal system. (Development Title Section 9-1105.3[a]) <br /> • Wastewater treatment service for this parcel is provided by the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District. The applicant has submitted a "will serve" letter for two sewer <br /> service connections from the Lockeford Community Services District. Parcel 1 has <br /> an existing sewer service connection. <br /> Water Supply <br /> Within those urban communities identified in the General Plan, subdivisions with parcels less <br /> than two (2) acres shall be served by a public water system. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1120.3[a]) <br /> • The Lockeford Community Services District provides public water service for this <br /> parcel. The applicant has submitted a "will serve" letter for two water service <br /> connections from the Lockeford Community Services District. Parcel 1 has an <br /> existing water service connection. <br /> Storm Water Drainage <br /> Within an urban community, subdivision drainage facilities shall discharge into a terminal <br /> drain, except that an agency retention basin may be an acceptable alternative where <br /> permitted by a Master Plan or Special Purpose Plan. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3[a]) <br /> • The proposed lots must be served by a terminal stormwater drainage system <br /> approved by the Department of Public Works. This must be shown on the revised <br /> map. <br /> Tentative Map <br /> If the applicant files a full application for a Minor Subdivision, a revised tentative map will be <br /> required. The tentative map must show the following: <br /> • Distances from the existing structures to the proposed property lines. <br /> • A terminal stormwater drainage system approved by the Department of Public Works. <br /> Next Step <br /> When the applicant is ready to submit a full application for a Minor Subdivision, it will be <br /> necessary to do the following: <br /> • Submit seven copies of a completed Minor Subdivision application form. <br /> • Submit seven copies (18" x 26") of the revised tentative map and two reduced copies <br /> (8'/2"x 11") of the tentative map. <br /> • Submit the remaining portion of the Minor Subdivision application fee. <br /> 2 <br />
