Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: a. A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9- 9112) b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 096 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area. The fee will be $2 , 181. 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area effective February 17 , 1992 . Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Handel Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 1 .
