Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 9112) <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $2 , 096 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the <br /> Lockeford area. The fee will be $2 , 181. 00 per single <br /> family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area effective <br /> February 17 , 1992 . The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304) <br /> C. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from <br /> the centerline of Handel Road to the property line shall <br /> be required across the frontage of Parcel 1 . (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-9430, 9-9431) <br /> d. The frontage improvements for Handel Road across Parcel <br /> 1 shall be constructed in conformance with the standards <br /> for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreements or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with <br /> a deposit equivalent to their construction costs prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250 . 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, legal <br /> descriptions of Parcel 1 and an estimate. The estimate <br /> and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. <br /> As an option the Department of Public Works will prepare <br /> the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $100 . 00) .
