A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. On both parcels construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. On both parcels, construction of an individual domestic <br /> water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> 3 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a . Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code . <br />
