A soil suitability study as required by Section 1.0100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. On Parcel 2 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> C. On Parcel 2 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. San Joaquin <br /> county Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) . <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge <br /> pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San <br /> Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br />
