Page 2 <br /> deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with <br /> a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Planning <br /> Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed, legal description of Parcel 1 and an estimate. The <br /> estimate and legal description shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $100. 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-9430, 9-9433) <br /> f. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 1.0100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. On Parcel 2 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> C. On Parcel 2 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. San Joaquin <br /> county Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) . <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge <br /> pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San <br /> Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br />
