The Nickoleou property did i <br /> not have a well , so the well on this site was used to <br /> test the water for that Soils Suitability Study. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The site is in vineyard . The total property is <br /> presently owned by Vernon Mettler. The project is to <br /> separate a homesite from the vineyard . No further <br /> development is anticipated .
