(Exhibit 3)
The F.G.L. Laboratory tested their water . The results 1
are attached as Exhibit 4.
SOILS AND PERCOLATION TESTS
Per the "Soils of San Joaquin County" as published by
the University of California, the soil is Hanford Sandy
Loam.
Underermit from the Sar, Joaquin Count Health
p 4 Y
Department, percolation tests were run August 24 , 1992.
The tests passed . (See Exhibit 5)
I
Test 1 in the future home site percolated at
' approximately 17 minutes/inch. This is compatible with
the septic system, history and soil type.
E
Test 2 was run in Parcel 2, West of Parcel 1 , and
percolated at 24 minutes/inch.
CONCLUSION
Based upon the percolation test results, interviews and
soil type, it is my opinion that the subject property
is suitable for septic tank and leach field , and that
the use of the septic system should not degrade the
existing groundwater at the density proposed . 1 also
recommend that 10,000 S.F. be retained for leach field
for Parcels 1 and 2.
