Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. Obtain all required permits. <br /> b. Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> for a sewage treatment plant or a sewage disposal system for <br /> the entire development. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer. <br /> C. Obtain discharge requirements form the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to <br /> development. <br /> d. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the sewage treatment area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> e. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through the <br /> package treatment plant or plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. This system must be <br /> designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must file an <br /> application for facility permit/waste discharge with the <br /> California Valley Region. The application forms can be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. If the above <br /> ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material.
