obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> g. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage <br /> tank plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> h. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into <br /> any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution <br /> thereof. <br /> i . Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees <br /> during the construction of the complex. <br /> Additional Conditions <br /> 1. Provide a source for obtaining back-up water. <br /> Either: <br /> a. Drill a well under permit and inspection with the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> Or: <br /> b. Obtain the required approval to use back-up water <br /> from the California Aqueduct. <br /> 2 . Environmental Health Permits for the facility will be <br /> required. <br /> 3 . Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all <br /> employees during the construction of the complex. <br /> Toilets must be maintained in a clean and sanitary <br /> manner. Hand washing facilities must be provided on or <br /> near the approved chemical toilets. <br /> 4 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air <br /> pollution permits. <br />
