L- L
LJuly 30, 2005
NOA Project Number. E05089A
L3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History
b One septic permit was found for the Site during file review at EHD on June 30,2005. The perrnit,
61 tank
October 15, 1974,was for the installation of a new septic system with a 1,200-gallon septic
tank and four 70-foot leach lines to serve a proposed three-bedroom residence. The address on the
permit is 23301 South Hansen Road. This permit is included in the appendix of this report
3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History
No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on June 30, 2005.
3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity
In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed
a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Termserver. We counted
Lthe building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building
cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 305
septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. There is a high number of septic
Lsystems due to a subdivision of dense housing that surrounds the subject property which is zoned R-
R.
LThe general area consists of agricultural land and rural residences, with the exception of a
subdivision to which the subject property belongs.
L 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity
The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at
EHD on June 30, 2005:
LTable 1.
Vi inity Septic S stem Permit Summary.
LAddress,Date Tank Lines,Length,Pits Comments
Capacity
L 23251 S.Hansen Rd 1600 gal Four 100'lines New residential installation
42-97
23276 S.Hansen Rd 1200 gal Three 70'lines New residential installation
10-12-76
V
23288 S.Hansen Rd 1600 gal Four 80'lines New residential installation
12-29-80
`, 23304 S.Hansen Rd 16000 Four 80'lines New residential installation
9-18-81
L
3
"44L
