Excel / <br /> Environmental Services (23399 Hansen Road) was listed in HAZNET as having transported various <br /> waste streams for off-site recycling or disposal. This address appears to be a residence and may <br /> ` represent permitting by an owner-operator waste transporter. Robert Meriting (16343 Diablo Court) <br /> was listed in the CA FID UST database as an "inactive underground storage tank location". Based <br /> upon their status and locations apparently cross-gradient from the site,neither is expected to impact the <br /> ` subject property. A copy of the EDR database report is included in Attachment 6. <br /> 4.0 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION OR REMEDIATION <br /> r <br /> Ground Zero recommendations that additional attempts be undertaken by the property owner to obtain r <br /> information of well construction details (date, depth, depth of seal, depth of intake) and the location of 1� <br /> the septic system to ensure that they meet applicable State and local regulations. <br /> 5.0 REPORT CERTIFICATION <br /> This Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report was performed under the direct supervision of <br /> John Lane, California Registered Environmental Assessor No. 6305.
