(Ground Zero) has <br /> prepared this Addendum to the Surface and Subsurface Investigation Report (the Report) on behalf <br /> of Ms. Dolores Lim for the property located at 23403 Hansen Road, Tracy, California. <br /> Your letter noted specific items in the Report, which was submitted to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) on July 29, 2004, that you deemed to be insufficient. <br /> Ground Zero submits this addendum to address those items. <br /> Item 1.2 Description of Proposed Development <br /> The property consists of approximately 5 acres of rural residential property and houses one single- <br /> family residence and associated bam/horse stable. The proposed development will consist of <br /> splitting the parcel into two roughly equivalent sized parcels, with plans to construct a single-family / 2> <br /> residence on the "split" parcel. The new residence will include a new drinking water well and ( <br /> septic system. The Preliminary Application for Minor Subdivision (PA-04-791) for the property is <br /> being prepared by Siegfried Engineering,Inc. (Siegfried) of Stockton, California. <br /> Item 1.4 Site Map Showing Location of All Items on Parcel <br /> No parcel map or site map was provided to Ground Zero for the Report. However, a site sketch <br /> showing the primary site features was provided on the Environmental Site Inspection Questionnaire 7 <br /> included in Attachment 5.
