Addendum to Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> 23403 Hansen Road,Tracy,CA <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> Item 2.1, Discussion of Past, Present and Proposed Future Uses at the Site to Assess Potential <br /> Problems <br /> In preparing the Report, Ground Zero contacted the current property owner, Ms. Dolores Lim, in an <br /> attempt to interview the previous owner of the property regarding historical site use. Ms. Lim had <br /> no contact information for the previous property owner. However,the Report included a discussion <br /> of historical use in section 2.1,which states in part: <br /> "The current owners acquired the property in 2001. Based upon review of aerial photographs, <br /> the residence was built prior to 1982. The 1957 and 1970s aerial photographs show the area (Z <br /> planted to row crops and orchards. The undeveloped portion of the parcel appears to have <br /> remained undeveloped from at least 1982 to the present" <br /> Further, potential problems associated with past and current use are discussed in sections 3.1 and <br /> 3.2 of the Report.
