concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE. Stormwater drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. <br /> f. PARKING and SURFACING. Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5). All required paving for the existing use <br /> shall be installed by December 31, 1995. <br /> (2) Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures <br /> or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (3) Parking shall be provided as follows: a minimum of two automobile parking <br /> spaces shall be provided for each 1,000 square feet devoted to the approved <br /> use, .5 space for each employee on the largest employment shift, and four <br /> spaces for each 1,000 square feet devoted to administrative offices. The size and <br /> location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of <br /> Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title. Parking calculations and details shall <br /> be included on the Site Plan. <br /> (4) Accessible parking spaces, including van spaces, shall be provided according to <br /> the requirements of Section 9-1015.10 of the Development Title. <br /> (5) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located <br /> as close as possible to the primary entrance (CCR, Title 24). <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the 'tow <br /> away' sign, at each entrance or visible from each space (CCR, Title 24). <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (CCR, <br /> Title 24). <br /> D. Provide one van space. <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) The width of the driveway at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty feet, <br /> maximum. The design of the driveway shall be such as to allow trucks to enter <br /> and exit property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic.
