COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-49 5TH REVISION <br /> 2 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 2) <br /> 3 . A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> the County Standards for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 4 . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County <br /> Standards, and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 5. The project shall be served by a terminal drainage system <br /> which meets the requirements of the County <br /> when such service becomes available The project shall be <br /> designed to provide adequate drainage for the development, <br /> which has the ability to be connected to a terminal drainage <br /> system. A feasibility study to determine if there is <br /> capacity in the storm drainage system for County Service Area <br /> No. 50 to serve this project will be required. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works when such service becomes <br /> available. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and <br /> treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public <br /> Works when such service becomes available. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105. 5) <br /> 8 . Street lighting shall be provided for the development. The <br /> project shall annex to County Service Area No. 49 for the <br /> operation and maintenance of the street lighting facilities. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 11) <br /> 9 .
