2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 468-3000) <br /> a. The developer shall provide drainage facilities for any increased runoff as a result of this <br /> development and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Development Standards. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> b. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> c. Applicant shall file all Permit Registration Documents (PRDs) with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB) to state the intent to comply with the State "General Permit for <br /> Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge <br /> Identification Number(WDID) issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file. <br /> d. A San Joaquin County Watercourse Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for any work <br /> done on the unnamed creek and within twenty-five (25)feet of the top of its banks. <br /> e. The applicant shall comply with the State Water Resources Control Board General Order No. 97- <br /> 03-DWQ, "General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities <br /> Excluding Construction Activities". The WDID for the Industrial General Permit issued by SWRCB <br /> shall be submitted to Public Works. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (1) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit. Contact the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)for information. <br /> (2) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector <br /> Control District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the <br /> prevention of mosquitoes. Best Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater <br /> devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact:Ted Tasiopoulos, 953-7698) <br /> a. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> c. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> 4. COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact: Laurel Boyd, 235-0600) <br /> a. The applicant shall participate in the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation <br /> and open Space Plan (SJMSCP) or provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind <br /> equal to that provided in the SJMSCP. <br />
