We counted V the building clusters within one square mile of the site, and made the assumption that each building/ cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 15 septic system per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the site. The general use of the vicinity is farmland. There is low residential use in the area. 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity The following septic permits were found for the vicinity during file review at the EHD on April 9, L 2007: Table 1.
