L April 13,2007 <br /> NOA Project Number: E07046A <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The property is located directly west o Sou Hansen Road and north of Highway 580 in Tracy, <br /> L California.The property is approximat 7.76 acres in size with the parcel number 09-110-09.The <br /> property is used as a residence with some g.The San Joaquin County application number is <br /> unknown. <br /> The elevation of the Site,according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map Vernalis <br /> Quadrangle,is approximately 270 to 300 feet above mean sea level. The property slopes up toward <br /> L the south. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned,- <br /> General <br /> on d IGeneral Industrial. This zoning designation"provides for a wide range of manufacturing, <br /> distribution and storage uses which have moderate to high nuisance characteristics such as noise, <br /> heat,glare,odor,and vibration, and which require segregation from other land uses, and/or may <br /> require outside storage areas." <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> A tentative parcel map showing the proposed development provided by Dan Rhoades.The <br /> proposed development appears to be for the construction of two laxgwarehouse buildings.These <br /> � � <br /> buildings will be incorporated with the one existing storag�- or the lumber yard.
